I'm first and foremost a follower of Christ. I'm nothing without Jesus. You can understand where I'm coming from on my "I Believe" page. At the risk of sounding like an annoying infomercial, I'd like to offer you more information to investigate on your own. See my "free offer" near the top of this page.

My babies' daddy and I have been married just over 25 years - in fact, I have reached that point in my life where I've lived with my husband longer than I lived with my parents.

We have three kids that are growing way too fast - all of them teenagers now, two sons and a daughter.

We're all cozied up with two precious mutts in an old creaky house in the Texas Hill Country. This is the part of Texas nobody tells you about and you never see in movies... they do this to avoid overcrowding. It's some of the prettiest country I've seen and has the best weather around.

I indulge my Spiritual Gift of Hospitality more than I should and I'm always looking for an excuse to get together with friends. My love of throwing parties is only undone by the lack of green in my wallet. It's all in the details...

I hold a degree and license in Dental Hygiene, but gave up practicing for now to be home with my kids and homeschool. I do still offer my opinion to unsuspecting shoppers that seem to be having trouble making decisions in the toothpaste aisle. More on our educational adventures on the "Our Homeschool" page.
